Ingredients 800g brussel sprouts (1.5-2lbs) 3 Tbsp olive or avocado oil 2-3 Tbsp nutritional yeast (nooch) Salt and pepper to taste Additional toppings to consider (optional)- dried cranberries with sliced almonds, bacon, fresh herbs, etc.   Directions Preheat your oven to 425℉. For easier cleanup, line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Prepare your sprouts by washing them cutting off the nubby ends, and then cut them in half lengthwise. Put them on the baking sheet and drizzle the oil over the sprouts. Then sprinkle them with the salt, pepper, and nutritional yeast. Toss the sprouts until they are evenly coated....

Ingredients:  Fresh asparagus Avocado oil Salt & pepper Other seasoning of choice Toppings (parmesan, nutritional yeast, nuts, goat cheese, etc.)   Directions:  Preheat your grill to med-high heat.  Cut the tough bits off the bottom of your asparagus. Coat your asparagus in oil then sprinkle with salt, pepper, and any other desired seasoning.  Place asparagus on the grill using tongs. Cook until tender, 3-4 minutes, rotating as needed.  Take off the grill and add any additional toppings or enjoy plain.

Ingredients: 4 cups fresh cranberries Juice of 1 orange Zest of 1 orange 1/3 cup honey Pinch of cinnamon   Directions:  In a small saucepan on medium-high heat add the cranberries, orange juice and zest. Bring it to a boil then turn it down to medium-low heat.  Add honey and cinnamon and let it simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. If it's too thick you can add more orange juice or water.  Let it sit at room temperature or in the fridge for 10 minutes and enjoy :)
