Ingredients: 1 head of cauliflower Avocado oil 1 bunch parsley, chopped 2 tsp chili flakes ⅓ cup fresh parmesan cheese, shredded (optional) Sea salt & pepper, to taste ¼ cup pomegranate seeds Directions: Preheat the oven to 425℉ Prepping: Cut the cauliflower into florets and spread them evenly on a baking sheet.
