Christmas Coloured Cauliflower
Ingredients:

1 head of cauliflower

Avocado oil

1 bunch parsley, chopped

2 tsp chili flakes

⅓ cup fresh parmesan cheese, shredded (optional)

Sea salt & pepper, to taste

¼ cup pomegranate seeds
Directions:

Preheat the oven to 425℉

Prepping: Cut the cauliflower into florets and spread them evenly on a baking sheet. Drizzle them lightly with oil and then sprinkle on the parsley (saving a bit for garnish), chili flakes, cheese, salt, and pepper. Mix them around on the baking dish until everything is evenly coated.

Baking: Bake them in the oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cauliflower is nicely browned. Garnish with parsley.
