Cordyceps Energy Bars

Power up with Cordyceps! These no-bake, 6-ingredient bars are packed with healthy fats, plant-based protein, and our Cordyceps Concentrated Mushroom Powder to energize and support recovery while on the go.

Cordyceps (Cordyceps sinensis) has been used for millennia in Traditional Chinese Medicine to fortify strength and energize the body. Folklore has it that Himalayan herders discovered cordyceps after noticing the increased strength and stamina their animals had after grazing on wild Cordyceps. Herders began to ingest Cordyceps to experience its benefits, and soon enough the mushroom became a popular medicine amongst traditional healers.

As a functional mushroom, Cordyceps is mainly prized for its impressive action on the respiratory tract. Cordyceps improves oxygen uptake, helping to circulate more oxygen into our cells. This helps to increase endurance, build strength and combat fatigue. Alongside its long history in TCM, Cordyceps is increasingly becoming a popular natural supplement for athletes. Cordyceps is also a potent immune-modulator and adaptogen that promotes overall endocrine health, remedies adrenal fatigue, and supports healthful function of the kidneys, liver, and lungs.
Hemp Seeds are rich in essential fatty acids, healthy fats, and protein that promote energy production and strengthen the immune system. Chia Seeds nourish the brain and stimulate energy with omega fatty acids, fiber, protein, and antioxidants.
