Honey Orange Cranberry Sauce
- 4 cups fresh cranberries
- Juice of 1 orange
- Zest of 1 orange
- 1/3 cup honey
- Pinch of cinnamon
- In a small saucepan on medium-high heat add the cranberries, orange juice and zest.
- Bring it to a boil then turn it down to medium-low heat. Add honey and cinnamon and let it simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. If it's too thick you can add more orange juice or water.
- Let it sit at room temperature or in the fridge for 10 minutes and enjoy :)
