- Fresh asparagus
- Avocado oil
- Salt & pepper
- Other seasoning of choice
- Toppings (parmesan, nutritional yeast, nuts, goat cheese, etc.)
- Preheat your grill to med-high heat.
- Cut the tough bits off the bottom of your asparagus. Coat your asparagus in oil then sprinkle with salt, pepper, and any other desired seasoning.
- Place asparagus on the grill using tongs. Cook until tender, 3-4 minutes, rotating as needed.
- Take off the grill and add any additional toppings or enjoy plain.
