Grilled Asparagus

Ingredients: 

  • Fresh asparagus
  • Avocado oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • Other seasoning of choice
  • Toppings (parmesan, nutritional yeast, nuts, goat cheese, etc.)

 

Directions: 

  • Preheat your grill to med-high heat. 
  • Cut the tough bits off the bottom of your asparagus. Coat your asparagus in oil then sprinkle with salt, pepper, and any other desired seasoning. 
  • Place asparagus on the grill using tongs. Cook until tender, 3-4 minutes, rotating as needed. 
  • Take off the grill and add any additional toppings or enjoy plain.
