Ingredients: 2 1/2 lbs green/yellow beans, washed and trimmed 3 Tbsp olive or avocado oil 2/3 cup panko bread crumbs 2 tsp garlic powder 3 Tbsp freshly grated parmesan cheese 1/2 tsp sea salt 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper   Directions: Preheat the oven to 400 ℉. Put the green beans on a baking sheet drizzle with the oil. Coat the beans evenly by mixing the oil in with your hands or a spatula. Ingredients: 3lb Yukon gold potatoes, washed and cubed 1/4 cup (57g) unsalted butter 2 cloves garlic 1/2 cup milk or cream 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt, sour cream, or cream cheese Sea salt & pepper 1/4 cup chives, chopped Paprika for garnish (optional)   Directions: Boil the potatoes in salted water for about 20 minutes or until they are soft all the way through when poked with a fork.
