5 Mushroom Chocolate Balls

Packed with nutritious ingredients, these nutty chocolate balls also provide a dose of immune supporting mushrooms!
You'll Need

1/4 C Harmonic Arts 5 Mushroom Chocolate, + a bit for topping
1/2 C Nuts (Walnuts, Hazelnuts, Cashews etc)
1/2 C Nut butter (peanut, almond, sunflower seed.. up to you!)
1 C Almond Flour
6-8 Pitted Dates
2 TBS Cacao Nibs
1 TBS Chia Seeds
1/2 TSP Vanilla Extract
A pinch of Pink Himalayan Sea Salt
  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until the texture is sticky and even.
  2. Roll into 2" balls.
  3. Roll the balls in additional 5 Mushroom Chocolate powder to coat.
  4. Chill and enjoy!
