Berry Hydrating Melon Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 cups melon (Galia, cantaloupe,
- honeydew, watermelon, etc.)
- 1 banana
- 2/3 cup of blueberries
- 1 sprig of fresh mint
- Juice of 1/4 of a lemon (about a Tbsp)
- 2/3 cup coconut water
- 1/3 cup cold water
- 4-5 ice cubes (optional)
Directions
- Place all the ingredients into a blender and puree. Add more water or coconut water as needed.
- Pour into your favourite drinking vessel.
- Get hydrated!
