Berry Hydrating Melon Smoothie

Ingredients
  • 2 cups melon (Galia, cantaloupe,
  • honeydew, watermelon, etc.)
  • 1 banana
  • 2/3 cup of blueberries
  • 1 sprig of fresh mint
  • Juice of 1/4 of a lemon (about a Tbsp)
  • 2/3 cup coconut water
  • 1/3 cup cold water
  • 4-5 ice cubes (optional)

Directions

  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and puree. Add more water or coconut water as needed.
  2. Pour into your favourite drinking vessel.
  3. Get hydrated!
