Description: This coffee is on the chocolate side of things. Brewed on drip or french press, this coffee will deliver some nutty notes on top of of the rich, dark chocolate base. Pulled as espresso and the Peruvian will show a syrupy sweetness with a hint of spice, similar to maple syrup or molasses. If you’re the type who likes extra maple syrup on your pancakes, the Peruvian is your bean. With milk, this coffee takes on a brown sugary sweetness.
