Description: The Chichen farm is the result of Arturo Gelpke's dream to grow coffee in his hometown of Coban. In 1970, he leapt at the opportunity when land became available. Today, his sons manage the farm and continue his legacy, one of whom studied agriculture in college. This coffee is rich and easy drinking with chocolate and marshmallow notes backed by a hint of dried fruit.
